Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Corey’s Cutz, LLC services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our lawn care services, which include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and landscaping.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Corey’s Cutz, LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Corey’s Cutz, LLC services primarily include mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain the appearance of your lawn.

3. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee for our lawn care services will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled appointment. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, and online payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify Corey’s Cutz, LLC at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $15. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the successful provision of our lawn care services, you agree to: a. Provide accurate and complete information about your lawn, including any specific needs or concerns. b. Grant Corey’s Cutz, LLC access to the designated lawn area and any necessary equipment. c. Remove any obstacles, debris, or hazardous materials from the lawn prior to our arrival. d. Refrain from irrigating the lawn in the mornings of the scheduled service date. e. Understand that utility flags placed by other contractors will not be removed by our team.

6. Grass Height and Clearance Requirements

Grass that is taller than 6 inches at the time of service will be subject to a 1.5x charge based on the quoted price. Additionally, a clearance of 65 inches is required for mowing unless otherwise specified for push mowing.

7. Protection of Personal Belongings

We will not trim around personal belongings that may cause damage. You are responsible for removing any items or structures you do not want to be trimmed or mowed around.

8. Additional Structures and Quoted Price

Any additional structures, such as sheds, playsets, or fences that require extra trimming or mowing may be subject to a change in the quoted price. The pricing adjustment will be discussed and agreed upon before the services are performed.

9. Warranty and Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality lawn care services, we cannot guarantee specific results or the complete elimination of pests, weeds, or other lawn issues. Our liability is limited to the extend permitted by law, and Corey’s Cutz, LLC is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from your failure to adhere to our recommendations or guidelines.

10. Warranty and Liability

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content associated with Corey’s Cutz, LLC are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property without obtaining explicit permission.

11. Termination

Corey’s Cutz, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or non-payment of fees.

12. Amendments to Terms

Corey’s Cutz, LLC may update or modify these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our lawn care services after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Corey’s Cutz, LLC operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our lawn care services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts within that jurisdiction.
